whales

1. Their are 500 different kinds of whales.
2. Baleen whales have huge plates hennaing from their jaws.
3. Humpbacks swallow huge mouthfuls of water.
4. This humpback is about 13ft [4m] long at birth.
5. The calf stays close to it's mothers side.
6. the shallow water is thought to protect the calves from sharks.
7. gray whales give birth in Mexico.
8. Young Orca's are playful.
9. they jump out of the water.
10. young whales have been seen to breach!
